Instructions
Once your team has won the Sectional Tournament, please email Bryan Henry or text 717-372-3811 to inform the tournament committee that you have won your section tournament and will be participating in the state tournament.
Go to the Team Registration page and fill in the information for your team. You will be able to enter your league president, administrator, manager, coaches, players’ names and jersey numbers by going to the team tab located at the top of the home page and drop down menu.
Go to the Store page at the top of the home page and purchase souvenir t-shirts and dinner tickets. (NOTE: Managers, Coaches and Players dinner tickets are FREE!)

- Team Photo with your Sectional Championship banner along with the players’ names
- Dinner tickets
- T-Shirt orders
Team Arrival
Teams should arrive at the Newville Little League Complex on Tuesday, July 23rd from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM for check-in and equipment check. Each team will be assigned an Aunt and Uncle (host) for the tournament to answer any logistical questions you may have during your stay. A mandatory managers and coaches meeting will take place at 3:00 pm in the Newville American Legion Post 421, located across the street from the Newville Little League Complex.
A carnival and catered dinner will be held from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the Newville Little League complex, 10 Little League Ave, Newville, PA 17241. Please bring chairs for seating. Limited seating is available at the complex for eating. Newville Little League complex is a tobacco and alcohol-free complex. Pets are also not allowed.
